IVF treatment involves use of fertility drugs to stimulate your ovaries to produce a more number of eggs and then, using a minor medical technique, we collect your eggs and place them in a culture dish with prepared sperm, for fertilization.
After a consultation with one of our fertility experts, you will start your treatment plan. This will contain taking IVF medicines for some weeks to stimulate egg production & prepare your uterus to receive the embryos. Egg collection is a minor surgical procedure, carried out by one of our fertility consultants. It includes an ultrasound guided egg collection.
Following the fertilization of your eggs with sperm in an IVF laboratory, we can transfer one or two of the resulting embryos to your womb through a embryo transfer catheter that is delivered through your cervix. 10 days after embryo transfer, you will be able to do a pregnancy test. If this is positive, you should attend the clinic about 20 days later for a pregnancy scan. We approach each patient holistically for complete examination and diagnosis, which will help and allow us in treatment & conception.
